CafeMælk is Naturmælk and Copenhagen Coffee Academy's milk for the quality-conscious cafe. Version 1.0 is the first biodynamic milk that is made specifically with the professional barista and the enthusiastic home barista in mind. The biodynamic production method has various advantages. One of them is that the natural taste of the milk is better preserved. In addition there is emphasis on the existential well-being of the cow and the farmer and their relation to nature and cosmos. We think these aspects will be important for high end milk products of the future.

Copenhagen Coffee Academy has researched on milk since 2003 and future versions of CafeMælk will benefit of that. The rich tasting characteristica will satisfy the quality-conscious cafe. Even though the fat percentage of CafeMælk is only 1.5 its rich taste is in the direction of more fat milk due to the biodynamic production method. This is the reason that it is ideal to use for cappuccino and caffè latte. Needless to say it's perfect to just drink it as it is.

At the dairy the milk is only transported by means of gravity and the pasteurization pump works at low speed.
